GREEN MANUFACTURERAll of us here at Mira Plastics are pleased to announce that as of May 1st we completed the installation and start up of a photovoltaic (solar) system.770 polycrystalline large format silicon solar panel modules were installed on 25,000 square feet of our building's roof. The expected total energy production from the system is approximately 222,000 KWH per year. We will be helping to protect our precious environment with the YEARLY reduction of the following: CO2 gas 280,000 pounds Sulfur dioxide gas 850 pounds Nitrous oxide gas 280 pounds Greenhouse gas emissions from 30 passenger vehicles CO2 emissions from the electricity use of 19 homes We
